The vacation villa has 2 apartments which can only be rented together, as one accommodation. This is the manor house of an agricultural farm, which has been restored with a lot of attention. It has Tuscan terra cotta floors and bulky ceiling wooden beams. The furnishing is comfortable and fulfils even the highest expectations. The light bedroom is located on the first floor and it has its own large bathroom. The living rooms are en grade and have direct access to the garden and to the 6 x 12 m pool. Around the pool, there are canvas chairs and sunshades. In the garden, there are tables and chairs where you can dine. An outdoor barbecue is available. Moreover, there is a small extra garden house with a completely equipped kitchen. Here, the guests can comfortably cook and eat together. Each apartment has, besides the living room, a perfectly equipped kitchen on the ground floor.

The vacation house is located in Poppi, in Casentino, which is an area with a lot of woods, which hasn’t been yet affected by mass tourism. The property has 50 ha and it is mostly fenced. There are 30 ha of cultivated fields, as well as 20 ha of wood, which is ideal for walking and jogging. It is a great place for nature lovers. Here you will also find a tennis court, as well as a lake where you can fish. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the stores, the super markets, the shopping center, and of course the coffee bars, the pizza places, and the typical Ristorantes. This is also an ideal starting point for cultural excursions. Within a one day excursion, you can easily reach Florence (50 km), Artezzo (30 km), as well as other popular Tuscan destinations such as Siena, San Gimigano, Perugia, etc. Even in the close vicinity, there are a lot of romantic places to visit. All in all, you will find something for each taste.
