Exclusive private villa with a flat roof, direct on the Atlantic, behind a 300 m wide open-access sand dune, clear ocean view, nothing built between the villa and the ocean. Villa Atlantique is on a 900 m², completely fenced-in property. The property has a 1.70 m high stone wall with two 3 m wide courtyard gates (sliding gates) and an iron arched garden gate on the street side (little traffic). Between the house and the property wall, there are two large concrete parking spaces. Your car is protected and is not just parked on some street! The property is located on the quiet south west edge of town. It takes 5 min by foot to reach the town centre (shopping centre boulevard). There is a second house that is separated by a 1.7 m high wall on the property where the owners sometimes stay.

Villa Atlantique is at the edge of Montalivet, where the stone pine forest begins (quiet location). The house is only steps from the ocean, you do not need any transportation when you want to go swimming at the beach. There is a 300 m wide sand dune between the house and the Atlantic, you can walk over it and quickly reach the water. There is a bicycle path right next to the house, which the in-line skaters can use as well. There are some bicycles provided that you may use. You can take long, rejuvenating forest hikes. It takes about 5 min by foot to get to the town centre. The famous Montalivet market with around 220 stands (wine, sparkling white wine, produce, clothing, fish, flowers, paella, pizza, souvenirs etc.) is open daily form 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. During the peak season, there is a small event (music bands) almost every day. The village is very inviting for evening strolls past its street restaurants.

Besuchen Sie uns auf www.atlantikferien.de Fam.Lamp:Nachdem wir schon circa 13 Jahre in Ferienhäusern in Montalivet Urlaub gemacht haben, haben wir in den letzten 3 Jahren das ideale Ferienhaus gefunden. Das Haus der Familie Hahn, die villa atlantique, ist großzügig, strandnah aber ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt.
Fam.Hunstig: Nach dem wir nun das 3 x Gast in Ihrem Hause sein durften sind wir uns sicher, wir kommen von Montalivet nicht mehr weg Das Haus hat eine spitzenmäßige Ausstattung und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und geborgen. Es fällt immer wieder schwer die Abreise anzutreten und den Kindern zu sagen das wir bestimmt nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Und wie wir eben erfahren haben, sind wir auch 2008 wieder dabei.
Fam.Zeppernik: ....himmel! unser urlaub in montalivet liegt nun schon wieder monate zurück... und wann immer wir mal diese seite aufrufen, überkommt uns das bedürfnis.
