Cala Dor: Also called the 'White city on the ocean', the city is located on the south east coast of Majorca. All the houses are whitewashed and built in an Ibizan style. The town is occupied and visited by the upscale middle class. Cala Dor has several sand coves in this charming area. There are numerous whitewashed villas surrounded by gardens on the peninsula formed by the coves. Cala Dor centre is worth a visit. The pedestrian zone is full of pubs, restaurants and boutiques. There is another centre around the marina. Visitors can enjoy their drinks and the feeling that they are spending their time in a more exclusive way with the luxury yachts in the background.

Wir (meine Eltern und ich) haben uns in diesem schönen ruhigen und sauberen Appartment von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Richters sind sehr herzlich und nett. Jeder der nicht in einem anonymen Hotelbunker den Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben.

Super spitzen klasse

Die FEWO ist super klasse und mit Max und Ingrid und Cessie kann man sich keine besseren Vermieter wünschen, die auf alle Fragen immer
eine Antwort hatten. Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig und ist trotzdem zentral man kann alles schnell erreichen. Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen dort. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen da und allen, sogar unseren -Teenie- hat es super gefallen.Für uns immer wieder ins Chalet Richter.

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Kurz gesagt eine Wohlfühloase.
Qualitativ hochwertige Einrichtung.
Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit!!!
Cala D'or ist ein wunderschöner Ort...nicht zu laut und nicht zu ruhig...also genau richtig. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Badebuchten fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Nach der herzlichen Begrüßung und dem tollen Frühstück verbrachten wir wundervolle 10 Tage bei Ingrid und Max. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen wieder ..... keine Frage:-)))
DANKE für den tollen Tag in Palma und den exelenten Waschservice!
Owner's Response: Moni und Frank waren das erste Mal auf Mallorca und gleich mit dem Mallorcavirus infiziert. Wir haben uns mit diesen Beiden gut verstanden und sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super Urlaub

Im Febr/März 2009 waren wir für 3 Wochen in der FeWo von Ingrid, Max und Cassie wo wir uns gleich sehr Wohl gefühlt haben. Die sehr saubere und geräumige FeWo liegt
in der 1. Etage, mit eigenem Aufgang, in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstrasse am Stadtrand. Zum Zentrum und zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten zu gehen.
Ingrid und Max hatten auch immer gute Tipps für Spaziergänge, Inselfahrten oder Restaurantbesuche.
Die Unterkunft und die Vermieter können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
Wir möchten an dieser Stelle ein herzlichen Dank an Ingrid und Max sagen und würden gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.
Owner's Response: Ulla und Manfred, gewohnte Camper, wollten einmal Mallorca kennenlernen. In unserer FeWo haben sie sich anscheinend sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses freut uns ganz besonders. Hoffentlich gibt es ein Wiedersehen.

Silberhochzeit im Chalet Richter

Wir waren vom 07.06. bis 24.06.09 zu Gast im Chalet Richter um den Feierstress zu unserem Ehejubiläum zu entgehen.
Wir wurden von Ingrid und Max samt Hund Cessie sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Auch eine große Anzahl von Büchern, Reiseführer, Landkarten und Spiele sind vorhanden. Während des Aufenthaltes war es sehr warm, aber wir konnten, dank der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr gut schlafen. Die Wohnung hat eine für solch einen Urlaubsort eine angenehm ruhige Lage, Der Strand und das Zentrum ist trotzdem in ein paar Minuten erreicht und wir brauchten am Ort kein Auto. Um die Insel kennenzulernen sollte man aber auf keinen Leihwagen verzichten. Wir fuhren mit unseren Smart 1200 km und haben noch nicht alles gesehen. Für diese Ausflüge wurden wir natürlich von unseren Vermietern mit vielen Insidertips ausgestattet. Auch alle Restauranttips waren super und wer das möchte wird auch manchmal von Ingrid und Max begleitet.
Während unserer Urlaubszeit fand in Cala Dòr ein Jazzfastival statt, dass bei uns sehr gut ankam. Zu den Höhepunkten zählte eine dreistündige Schifffahrt samt Dixiekappelle entlang der Buchten um Cala Dòr.
Alles in allem war dies ein gelungener Urlaub und wir können das Chalet Richter nur weiter empfehlen. Wir danken den Vermietern für den schönen Aufenthalt kommen gerne mal, vielleicht zu einer anderen Jahreszeit, wieder.
