Four double bedrooms with one en suite

Penhalveor East is believed to date back to the 18th century with later additions in the 19th century. The property includes a fitted kitchen and a four oven Aga ( there is no other cooker ) .

From the sitting room, dining room and three of the bedrooms there are superb views across the Stithians lake where you can see people sailing and windsurfing.

The property consists on the ground floor of a kitchen, downstairs toilet dining room, a large conservatory, and a large lounge.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and one en suite bedroom.

Outside there is a laundry room and outside toilet.

    We have special rates on all ferry crossings, so save money by letting us quote for your ferry.
    All crossings available Roscoff St MAlo and Caen.
    Also P&O Dover Calais and Eurotunnel.

    Please request your preferred days and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • This property is strictly non-smoking.
    Deposits 30% are non-refundable so please consider insurance - ask us for a quote.
    Balances due 6 weeks before arrival.
  • These prices are based on self catering only.
    Beds will be made - bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
    House must be left cleaned on departure - except for serviced options.
    Guests can opt to pay a £75 cleaning fee if they do not wish to clean at the end.
    The fee will be applied retrospectively if property is not left cleaned to the expected standard.
    Damage deposits may be demanded at discretion of our management team.
    House available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
