It is 85m² and is located on a quiet side street, 30m from Albertplatz between the beach promenade and the exclusive shopping area Kustlaan in Het Zoute. It is only a stones throw to the Carlton patio by Albertsplatz and to the trendy bar in Memlinc with a restaurant and oyster bar. You will have a side sea view – the apartment is in a well-kept residence with 2 elevators. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer; 2 bedrooms with king size beds (2 x 90 x 200), 2 bathrooms, guest bathroom, bike cellar. Non-smoking apartment. Please do not bring any pets along.

Notes to the rental rates

• Minimal rental time: 2 weeks. The rental price decreases by 15% for bookings starting with 4 weeks after another. Long-term renters are very welcome. Consumption for four people is included. From September to May an additional 25€ per week for heating. Final cleaning 70 €, deposit 250 €. The rental prices apply for a booking with at most 4 adults or 2 adults + 2-3 children. Arrival and departure is on Saturdays, changes possible outside of the peak season.
  
• Non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately no pets are allowed – in consideration of tenants with animal allergies, because the apartment has carpeting. Thank you very much for your understanding.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the Knokke Le Zoute in Belgium

General

The ideal booking is for 4 people. If a family with three children would like to come, there is a foldable cot in room 2 – however, it will be tight in the room, but this didn’t bother our children. The apartment is comfortable, light and well furnished. The location is excellent, all activities are all by the house- walks through the dune landscape far from the hustle and bustle or along the shore, athletic activities of every kind, visit about 50 different galleries, shopping for every taste – also on Sundays (the shops in Knokke are open 7 days a week!) and visits to first-class restaurants and the Carlton for aperitifs or the well-visited bar in the Hotel Memlinc for a night cap. The best ice cream store is also around the corner and the bakery is also nearby with fresh rolls every morning.
