This independent, cosy and typical Mediterranean villa is idyllically situated in the Can Singala residential area, at a mere 300 metres from Pine Walk´s beach in Puerto Pollensa and about 10 minutes stroll to town centre. Its simple and practical accommodation comprises a total of 3 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and lounge-dinner with access to covered porch where a cosy breakfast table opens to the beautiful garden surrounding the entire house. The private garden is fenced by an old fashioned rustic stone wall and by a series of hedges, autocton plants, palm trees and many flowers. Through the cast iron enlightened portal, cars accede to private driveway with space for parking 2 large cars.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To confirm the booking, the 50 % of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by banks transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2 % supplement on cards charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2 % supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
  • Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.

Grundsätzlich schöne Lage mit nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Wegen einer Umgehungsstrasse, die direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft, ist es jedoch recht laut.
Schöne Terasse und schöner Garten mit Aprikosenbäumen.

Schöne Einrichtung, allerdings riecht die gesamte Wohnung auch nach langem Lüften sehr modrig, scheint nicht oft bewohnt zu sein.
