The holiday home is located about 100km south of Alicante in Los Urrutias directly by Mar Menor in the second row with a sea view. The holiday home is equipped with a modern built-in kitchen (with washing machine, etc.). a beautiful living and dining room , 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Terraces in front of, behind and on the house allow for our guests to enjoy the sun during all times of the day. Sun loungers and terrace furniture are available. Colour Sat-TV in the living room, bedsheets, hand and drying towels in the house. The Mar Menor (about 170 km²) is a saltwater lagoon that is separate from the Mediterranean Sea through a headlong (La Manga). In addition to its importance as a water sport paradise, it has a high therapeutic value due to its high amount of mineral salt and iodine. Recommendable for people with skin diseases and rheumatic illnesses. Due to its low water depth, Mar Menor is ideal for children. There are no high-rises and hotels nearby.

Directly by the car-free beach promenade you will find a mini golf course, a tennis court, a playground and a swimming pool with a bar. In the complex you will find restaurants. In Los Alcazares, 8 km away, you will find a beautiful beach promenade, restaurants and a modern shopping centre, which invites you to go strolling. Banks and doctors are also on site.
