Villa Ivoni is a beautiful villa, peacefully located in a small agricultural operation by the city of Cefalu on the northern coast of Sicily. Another apartment in the residence is reserved for the landlord for occasional stays. The view from the house goes over the soft hill landscape and the Tyrrhenian Sea. There is a separate entrance to the holiday apartment and a large terrace. The floors of the apartment are designed with artistic terracotta, majolica tiles, the rustic furniture and materials add to the cosy ambiance. A small path leads to the swimming pool (16 x 8 m / 1.20 to 3.00 deep), the large sun terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture and an outdoor shower. Parking spaces for the house guests are available on the property. In Campofelice de Rocella, 3 km away, you will find shops, restaurants, a bar and banks, in Cefalu (18 km) you will find an even larger selection of shops.

Die rumpelige Anfahrt lässt zunächst nichts von der angenehmen, stilvollen Ferienunterkunft ahnen. Die Außenanlage ist hübsch angelegt, überall Sitzmöglich-keiten auch im Schatten, insbesondere schön am großen Pool. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Dekor eingerichtet und dennoch auch praktisch ausgerüstet (ausreichend Geschirr, Fön, Beleuchtung). Die gelegentlich im Erdgeschoß in einer angrenzenden Wohnung anwesenden Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Für Ausflüge guter Standort, da sehr zentral gelegen.
