Can Limonero situated in the nice village of Sineu is a comfortable new renovated townhouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen with dining area, two terraces (one covered), garden and a small pool (1,5 x 2,5 m with bank to sit in the water). Further to the photos attached to this advert I would be happy to send more photos if required.

Sineu is a beautiful village in the centre of Majorca. It’s a perfect base for excursions all over the island. Situated in the centre one needs more or less 30 min. to everywhere on the coast or to Palma Airport. The village has a good infrastructure: supermarkets, pharmacies, a lot of bars and restaurants as well as several of the typical Majorcan cellers. Wednesday is market day - one of the last markets selling animals - a tourist attraction. Try to be there before all tourists are arriving approx. 10.00a.m. and enjoy your Cafe con Leche together with a fresh Ensaimada on the church square in between the fruit and vegetable market. This is authentic life of the Majorceans.

Notes: Information for families with little children: the stairs up to the first floor don´t have any fence (see photo). The sleeping areas are separated, one is in the main house on 1st floor and one in the annex in the yard. Little children can sleep beside bedroom 1 (1st floor) in the room with the bedsofa. Elder children or a second couple has their privacy in bedroom 2 with bathroom en suite and own terrace. Further the house is always equipped with the following details: water boiler, coffee machine incl. paper filter, tea can, Backgammon board, toilet paper, kleenex, soap, tabs for the dishwasher. Can Limonero und Sineu

Can Limonero ist ein schönes ruhiges Haus am Rande von Sineu; zu Fuß 5 Minuten vom Dorfkern entfernt. Wir haben es super sauber und gemütlich vorgefunden als wir erschöpft von der Hitze (ca. 20 Grad Temperaturunterschied zu Deutschland) ankamen. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig, es fehlt nichts und alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung im Online-Inserat ist korrekt, die Wirklichkeit allerdings wesentlich besser. Von Sineu aus lassen sich alle Punkte der Insel komplikationslos mit dem Auto anfahren. Die Bahnverbindung nach Palma haben wir auch genutzt; es hat komplikationslos geklappt. Die Nachbarn sehr ruhig und nett. Auch ohne Spanischkenntnisse sind wir gut zurechtgekommen. Die Vermieter hilfsbereit und freundlich. Als sehr angenehm und aufmerksam haben wir die Flaschen mit Wasser und die Flasche Wein für den Abend empfunden und uns sehr darüber gefreut. Sineu ist ein netter kleiner Ort noch vom Tourismus verschont-bis auf den Markt am Mittwoch-in dem wir einen absoluten entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub fern ab von Hotelburgen und Massentourismus verbracht haben. Wir vermissen schon den Hahn des Nachbarn und die leckere Pizza & Pasta von "Tomassini" in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil ruhigen Gewissens und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben im Mai diesen Jahres hier eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist mit Liebe für das Detail eingerichtet und sehr gesplegt. In dem Hof mit dem kleinen Pool haben wir so manche schöne Stunde mit einem Drink in der Hand und dem Blick auf den Ort, verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge jeder Art.Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist klasse. Danke für ein schöne Woche.
Leider ist dieses Haus nicht optimal für Famliien mit Kleinkindern geeignet, da der Pool erhöht liegt und nicht gesichert ist. Ansonsten ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Betty und Ralf vom Niederrhein

Gemütlich, freundlich, perfekte Lage

Die Lage von Can Limonero ist perfekt für alle, die die Insel erkunden wollen und das ursprünglichere Mallorca dem Badetourismus vorziehen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Häuschen sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (WaMa, Geschirrspüler, Weingläser, Ofenform für frischen Fisch..). Mit einem Glas Wein auf der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf's Dorf, in das man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß laufen kann. Für kühlere Abende ist der kleine Ofen toll und auch Kinder sind willkommen! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit, nicht zuletzt wegen unseres gemütlichen Domizils! Vielen Dank!

Sehr gemütlich und ideal, um die Insel zu erkunden

Sineu ist noch sehr urtümlich und liegt am Nabel von Mallorca - eignet sich also perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto auf der ganzen Insel.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber (deutsche Eigentümer) und südländisch-gemütlich eingerichtet - auch komplett mit der notwendigen Küchenausstattung. Es handelt sich allerdings um ein Reihenhaus - keine freistehende Finca.
Für einen Insel-Erkundungs-Urlaub zu zweit oder mit zwei Paaren/ Kindern sehr empfehlenswert.
V.a. das gemütliche Chillen auf der Terasse wird uns fehlen.

ein wunderbares häuschen, in dem man es sich richtig gutgehenlassen lassen kann! es ist größzügig genug für vier personen, eine küche in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist und ein pool, der für die erforderliche abkühlung sorgt.
gerade mit älteren kindern sehr ideal wegen des raumangebots und der zwei bäder!
man hat das Gefühl im ursprünglichen mallorca zu sein, ist aber auch ohne spanischkenntnisse nicht verloren.
Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am strand, in palma und an anderen Orten in jede himmelsrichtung. ganz klasse!
