Podere Graziella is near to the tiny village of Giorgi between Pozzuolo and Petrignano del Lago and lies in the middle of the countryside approximately 10 minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno.

In all Podere Graziella has four apartments available to guests which are all inclusive of TV, kitchen, central heating systems and bathrooms with showers. Surrounding the house there is a large lawn and a garden which is wonderfully complimented with trees and flowers. Here you will find various places to make yourself comfortable outside, including a large covered terrace, barbecue, table tennis table, boccia and a football field. Each apartment has its own private area in the garden with table, chairs and umbrella. The pool is about 100m away from the house in the middle of the beautiful landscape and invites you to enjoy yourself either sunbathing or swimming.

Castiglione del Lago will act as your main shopping centre and is one of the most beautiful medieval towns by the lake. City gates and walls dating back to the middle ages surround the picturesque old town, which includes a piazza, a fountain, and a castle. There are many restaurants to choose from and the town's exquisite shops have much to offer. There are many smaller shops, selling typical products from the region and 3 large supermarkets. There are excellent transport links from the train station where there are regular services to the main towns and cities of Italy.
