If you rent a car from us, you will receive a 10% accommodation discount. If you book 6 week in before the arrival, you will receive an early booking discount of 10%. The owners of Casa Bonita live on the neighbouring property, speak good German and are always available if you have questions.
The Beaches:
The village Colonia is located between the two wonderful untouched beaches: Es Trenc and Es Dolc. Es Trenc stretches over kilometres up to Sa Rapita. In the slow season, you can take long walks on the beach, with small trips in the hinterland. There you can find a bird sanctuary and the famous saline landscape. You can rent deck chairs, or you can spend some time in the bars on the beach. Between the locality Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita, there is a part of the beach which is a FKK beach. The beach Es Dolc, from the ground of which fresh water springs are said to bubble out, is located 500 m from the port. It is usually not as populated as the neighbouring port beach, directly by the promenade, and it offers a charming view upon the port of Colonia and upon the boats anchored in the bay. Even starting from this beach, you can go hiking towards further, more isolated beaches.
Die Colonia- the village:
Colonia has a small nice port, with many restaurants, bars and nice shops. It is always worthy to take a walk on the promenade, be it for a restaurant, or in order to enjoy the ambient of the beach, the mole or the light tower. You can also have a glass of wine in one of the bars on the beach, before you return to your dwelling. During the day, a small train goes through Colonia, on which you can discover different corners of the village. The nature lovers can make a trip by boat to the Island Cabrera, which was declared a National Park. A mini golf course and several playgrounds are appealing especially for the children. In the night bars and discos, life starts after 24:00 o’clock.
Golf:
About 25 km from Colonia, there is the 18-hole golf course Son Antem, which belongs to Marriott Son Antem Hotel. With a charming landscape, the pretentious 18-hole golf course Val d Or is located ca. 20 km from Coloniam and it is located in the close vicinity of the vacation resort Cala d Or.
