Klein, aber fein!

Wir waren 12 Tage im September 08 im Appartement. Die Wohnung nutzten wir zum Schlafen,Frühstücken und zum Abendessen.
Uns gefiel, dass die Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet war (Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, 2 Platten - für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend, für weitere Personen allerdings zu wenig) und dass alles sehr sauber war: Der Zimmerservice brachte einmal die Woche frische Handtücher, bezog die Betten frisch und putzte die Wohnung durch. In unserem Appartement gab es ein großes Doppelfenster (hin zum Balkon), also ausreichend Licht. Klimaanlage in Ordnung. Ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung und Koffer. Die Einzelbetten kann man leicht nebeneinander schieben, so dass daraus ein Doppelbett wird.
Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist nicht besonders reizvoll (ein einfaches Wohngebiet), aber sehr praktisch: in 10 min zu Fuß ist man in der schönen Altstadt, man kann direkt vor dem Haus problemlos parken und ist von dort aus schnell auf der Autobahn oder auf Landstraßen, die ins Umland führen.
Wer gerne ruhig wohnt, aber dennoch Stadtanschluss mag, um zu Fuß zum Bummeln, Essen oder auf ein Glas Wein in die Stadt möchte, und wer keinen Luxus, sondern nur eine sauere, praktische Wohnung braucht, für den ist Lagos und auch das Appartement empfehlenswert.

Günstige aber auch sehr einfache Unterkunft

Wir belegten im August 2008 für eine Woche ein Appartment in diesem Haus. Vorweg genommen gibt es bestimmt bessere Appartments in diesem Haus, die ggf. auch eine bessere Bewertung verdient hätten.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief allerdings etwas holprig.
Die Lage ist ruhig aber trotzdem relativ zentral (10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum). Strände gibt es theoretisch relativ nah, allerdings sehr voll. Mit einem Auto warten jedoch Traumstrände in der Umgebung, die dann auch nicht so extrem überfüllt waren.
Das Appartment ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen (seien es auch nur 2 Kinder) ist dieses Appartment nach unserer Meinung nicht geeignet. Teller, Geschirr und Besteck waren nur unzureichend vorhanden. Das Appartment hatte kein Fenster, sodass nur durch die Tür zu lüften war. Klimaanlage war Ok. Das Satelitenfernsehen funktionierte nicht. Bad war Ok.
Fazit: Wer entweder den Massentourismus in Lagos sucht oder eine zentrale, sehr einfache Bleibe benötigt um Erkundungen mit dem Auto zu machen und dabei wenig Geld ausgeben möchte sei dieses Appartment empfohlen, sonst eher weniger.
