The house has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a children’s bedroom with two single beds. The Mediterranean is ten minutes away on foot. In the local bay you can experience real Spanish culture, go for a dip without the drawbacks of mass tourism and admire the sunset.

Notes to the rental rates

• All the prices apply to 4 persons, incl. additional costs, towels and bed linen. A deposit of 100 € is payable upon arrival and is returned at the end of the rental period. You will be looked after by our friendly German administrator, who has worked for us for many years, and who will be only too happy to arrange your transfer to and from the airport. The transfer fee is 60 € and is payable directly to him. You must ring up beforehand to fix your arrival time. The final cleaning charge is 75 € payable directly to the cleaning staff. The nearest bathing cove is 10 minutes away on foot from the apartment. Here you can enjoy Spanish culture and spend carefree days on the beach without the drawbacks of mass tourism. Calpe (about 8 km away) is waiting with its clean, tranquil beaches. Water skiing, diving and surfing…all this and more is possible in the town of Calpe which lies at the foot of the beautiful Peñon de Ifach. Whoever embarks on the two hour scale of this veritable landmark of the Costa Blanca will touch the heavens. There are three yacht harbours in Calpe and a fishing village where fish is auctioned. 5 km from here is Moraira. The former fishing village is now a modern, elegant small town and offers many possibilities for adventure. With its twisting alleys, historic buildings and clean, mile-long sand beaches it is the ideal spot to go bathing, practise water sports or just chill out. In Benidorm you will find Europe’s biggest amusement park waiting to be discovered.

Festivals and nightlife

Fire, fireworks, dressing up and music are basic elements of the festivals held on the Costa Blanca. They are held at many different places. Airport transfer, car hire

Our friendly, German administrator will pick you up at Alicante Airport when you arrive and drop you off on departure day. The fee is 60 € per trip directly payable to him. You can get cheap car hire at ‘Frank’s Rent a Car’. The cost for a small car is 160 € approx. for seven days (summer 2006 prices).

Golf Information:

The mild climate and the wonderful landscape make golfing here an absolutely natural experience. There are 5 golf courses within 40 kilometres from here. Extensive nine and 18 hole greens are set against the backdrop of mountains… a real paradise for serious golf players.
