In addition there is a bathroom, with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, and a separate guest WC. A washing machine is installed. The bedroom has a bed of 160 x 200cm with a comfortable mattress, which assures a good night’s sleep. Guests can connect their laptop to the Internet via a broadband connection (W-Lan). There is a safe for your valuables. Hand towels, bath towels and tea towels, as well as bed linen, are provided in plenty. On the terrace there are two sun loungers and a dining table with four chairs. A sunblind gives shade.

To the beach

There is a good reason for the popularity of this area: the sun really does shine nearly every day one can talk about 360 sunny days a year with a clear conscience, and midday temperatures almost always between 25 – 28ºC. In Playa de la Arena the main attraction is the beautiful, maintained sandy beach. Connoisseurs maintain that it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. It was awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union for its cleanliness and its good maintenance. The beach lies in a large bay, framed by bizarre rock formations. On the beach there are showers, deckchairs, bars, smaller restaurants, a lifeguard service and much more besides. A promenade starts behind the beach and runs along the coast.

Journey times

You really do not need to rent a car here. Owing to the central location of the property, you can get to everything easily on foot. Beach, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc.: everything is within easy walking distance. For journeys further away, Tenerife has a very efficient and regular bus service. The bus stop is just a few minutes away. South Airport, about 55 minutes drive North Airport, about 90 minutes drive Playa de las Americas, about 20 minutes drive.
