A lovely, fenced-in garden surrounds this very pleasant house with a kidney-shaped pool (4x8 m) with slide is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Newly designed large terrace with grill and outdoor shower. A large roof terrace as well as another covered terrace has a lot of space. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. There is a living room with satellite television and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and 4 bedrooms (1 with French bed, 3 w/ 2 beds each) and 2 new, beautiful bathrooms. Washing machine/dryer as well as central heating for cooler seasons are provided as well.

Quiet area at the end of a small cul-de-sac in a Javea residential area. It is about 3 km to the beach. In addition to the modern district of Javea, there is also beautiful Old Town in the original town that is great for tapas tours or visiting restaurants.

Wir verbrachten mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern zwei herliche Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Sie hat einen tolle Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Vor allem die Aussicht ist genial. ( Leider ist auf der schönen Terasse das Grillen nicht erlaubt)
Die Bilder entsprechen sehr genau der Realität, und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und klappte reibungslos.
Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht 100 %ig den Fotos. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach grandios. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen zum Sitzen und Sonnen. Der Strand isz zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur zu empfehlen.Die Abwicklung mit den Vermietern klappte zudem reibungslos!
