The 60 m² large apartment for 2 people is located on the 13th floor of a high-rise and it offers a wonderful panoramic view upon the sea. It has its own terrace and access to the sea, a pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, video, CD-player, a modern bathroom with shower and a kitchen with all the comfort. In the summer you can use the restaurant of the house. Linen is put at your disposal. On request, bath robe, beach towels and a few beach couches can be available. We can also pick you up from the airport. The owner of the apartment is a Spanish general doctor and can speak German, English, Spanish and French.

The apartment is located at the western margins of Palmas, at the border to county Calvia, in a small side road, bending off of C. Juan Miro, directly into its own sea terrace. In front of the house, there is a sailing school port. The bus station number 3 is only 50 m away. There are shopping facilities within 300 m. There are also bank institutions and restaurants. In 20 minutes by bus, you can reach the wonderful historical center of Palmas. There is also a bus connection to the airport. In 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the mountainous village Genova, with a lot of traditional Majorcan restaurants and stalactite caves.
