Photos and Description of this Playa Blanca holiday house

The house is located about 3 km from Playa Blanca in the sunny south of the island Lanzarote in a small residential area with a large communal pool. You will have a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Fuerteventura. Directly by the complex is a pebble beach, however, the fine-sand Papagayo beaches are nearby (10 - 15 min. on foot). The actual living room has 80 m². Altogether, you will have 228 m², 148 of which are in the sun, a large terrace in the north and a just as large, secluded, partially covered in the south patio - all furnished with sun loungers, covers, sun umbrellas. A small garden is also not missing. The house is stunningly ideal for long-term rentals or for families with children, because it is secured by a gate. 2 rooms with electric heating. With the SAT-TV you will receive nearly all German programs.

The house is located in a small residential complex about 3 km from Playa Blanca centre, a charming harbour city. To the Papagayo beaches you walk about 15 min., by car you need the same time. Entrance about € 3.00. The Playa Dorada is about 3 km away and also ideal for children. Shopping facilities are located nearby. A supermarket and 2 restaurants are directly in Las Coloradas, another supermarket is about 1000 m away. In the recently finished shopping centre of Las Coloradas, which has the feeling of a Spanish village, you will find more shops and restaurants. Through a promenade you can reach the "Marina Rubicon" in about 20 minutes on foot. Here you will also find a lot of shops and restaurants. In another 15 minutes you will find the centre of Playa Blanca, which invites you to unwind with its beautiful promenade.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche vor Weihnachten 2007 unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus, es ist sehr ruhig gelegen genau richtig für Erholungssuchende, Platz genug und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Poolbereich und Außenanlagen waren sehr sauber. Das Wetter hat gut mitgespielt und wir konnten jedenTag an der Promenade spazieren gehen.Ausflüge in das Umland bieten sich natürlich an und man meint man ist in einer anderen Welt.Zum Essen geht man in das 3 km entfernte Playa Blanca zum Hafen Marina Rubicon, dort kann man gut Essen. Ein Auto (Mercedes ) kann zum Haus angemietet werden, dieser ist jedoch nichts für Nichtraucher. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Lanzarote.
Owner's Response: mit freude haben wir diese bewertung gelesen.zum thema rauchen im mercedes:leider kann das rauchen im mercedes keinem gast verboten werden, denn der gast, der ist könig und soll , auch mit rauchen , seinen urlaub genießen, oder?
