Delightful villa in rural Crete surrounded by wine fields and olive groves, about 1km away from Georgioupolis fine sandy beaches, with small swimming pool, 7m x 4m, 1.25m deep. 3 km to Kourna Lake, Crete's only freshwater lake. The villa will sleep 14 people comfortably and is on three different levels, each with cooking facilities including dishwashers and full laundry facilities, the living areas are very spacious as are the bedrooms and indeed the six bathrooms. The garden is well maintained and once again very spacious, with mature trees and a barbecue area and a wooden pavilion near to the pool. Easy access to Chania airport (40km), car hire can be arranged if required. Rethymnon is the nearest city, approx. 15km, suitable for shopping. The island of Crete is wonderful and includes the Samaria ravine, the palace of Knossos, the museums of Heraklion and Chania as well as the famous Elafonessi with its white sand beach are just some of the dazzling attractions.

Kavros is a little village close to Georgioupolis. Georgioupolis, is a thriving holiday village with a beautiful sandy beach just off the main Chania to Heraklion highway. Apart from full watersport facilities at hand, the tavernas and beach bars offer full facilities for dining or if you prefer snacks. The village square with its quite magnificent eucalyptus trees is a joy to behold in the evenings, where you can eat or just watch the world go by in a beautiful setting
