This is a nice little apartment (attico) with terrace in Ostia, Rome. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the train station to Rome. With only 30 minutes by train you can reach the centre of Rome. The flat has a little kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a dining room with a sofa bed. On the terrace you also find a grill. Please note there is no elevator.
