B) Vacation apartment on the upper floor, for 4 people, with huge deck and direct access to the garden over the external staircase. Both apartments have a separate entrance, with soundproof door. c) The entire vacation house for 10 people is suitable for a perfect family meeting.

This is a wonderful, light apartment with winter garden, fireplace, sauna and 3 bedrooms. There you can find 2 parents bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 children bedroom with a double bunk bed. The apartment has a large design kitchen for 6 people, dish washer, baking oven, refrigerator, ceramic stove top and a lot of storage room. You can eat in the light winter garden, at a big table, with a fantastic panoramic view. On sunny days you can enjoy the 50 m² large terrace. There is terrace furniture with seats. In the evening, you can relax on a leather couch and enjoy your Sat-TV, DVD player and Dolby Digital HiFi. You can sit by the fireplace, in the sauna or on the terrace, where you can also admire the sunsets. A covered grill is also available.

Notes to the rental rates

• Periods not described separatels are related to the time period B. For bookings longer than 1 week, we offer a 5 % discount for the second week and a 10 % discount for the third week.
  
• After the booking, you have to pay within 14 days 30 % from the rental rates. The balance has to be paid 4 weeks before the booking time.
  
• You have to pay 45 Euros for the final cleaning and the rental security deposit is obligatory. You can rent the linen and the towels on location, for a certain surcharge. Water and electricity are included in the rental rate. All the other consumables such as firewood need to be replaced 1:1.

Leisure time activities

You can go surfing and kite surfing in the close neighbourhood. There are bike rental stations in a tent, on location. You can reach the beach within 25 minutes by bike, on a very well built biking track. We recommend you that. Children and adults can go on a discovery tour. The Cinestar Cinema in Stralsund can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Hanse Dom Stralsund, the bathing pass for everybody, with sauna, fitness, climbing wall, and indoor tennis court can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The marine museum Stralsund, the amber manufacture Ribnitz, the Go Cart in Stralsund, the Bird Park in Marlow, as well as daily evening Open Air performances in Barth and Stralsund are all worth seeing.

Sight seeing and shopping

You can shop in Rostock, in the Kröpeliner Street or in the Stralsunder historical city center, as well as in the Stralsunder Strela Park. The historical city of Stralsund, the Rügen Island with its seaside resorts Binz, Prora, Göhren and Sellin are all worth seeing. Furthermore, the Hanseatic city of Rostock with Kleinod Warnemünde, Zingst and Fischland Darß invite you to take large hiking trails or get a ride by boat, on the Bodstedter Bodden. You can also visit the Hiddensee Island, with daily departure from Barth, Zingst or Stralsund and the Barth City with its port and water storage tank. Enjoy the Störtebecker Festival in Ralswieck.
