The well manicured stone house has two levels and is surrounded by spacious, sunny, as well as shady terraces (approx. 120 m²) that offer a wonderful view of the terrific landscape and even of the town of Palma. The house is located in a mountain scenery on a property of 15000 m² and is a true refuge of silence and tranquillity. The entire living quarters of the complex are approx. 240 m². The open fireplace gives the 40 m² living and dining room a cosy atmosphere. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), as well as one with two single bes (each 90 x 200 cm) are located on the upper level and share a spacious, comfortable bathroom with shower and bath tub. The third bedroom is located on the ground level and includes one double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a pretty shower tub. From all rooms you always have a beautiful view of the surrounding. The fantastic pool area is protected.

Esporles is a 20 minute drive away from the airport of Palma. From the Via Cintura (circle motor-way) it goes in the direction of Valldemossa. After approximately 10 minutes it leads at a branching through the gorgeous valley with huge manors to Esporles. The area of Esporles is famous for its many uniquely pretty and large old mansions that you can admire on your way through the village. An overgrown alley wiggles through the fantastic mountain landscape to the town centre. Every day life is proceeded at the boulevard. Here locals and visitors are sitting in the Cafés and restaurants with good spirits and enjoy the village atmosphere. From the main road a street leads up into the mountains, about a 3 minute drive, to the beautiful holiday residence Finca Tramuntana. Outside the village there is also the wonderful manor of ‘La Granja’ a former estate, today a museum of local history.

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach phantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung - vor allem mit dem separaten Pool und die dazu gehörende Ausstattung - läßt keine Wünsche offen.
