Bright and spacious villa set in a natural resort with breathtaking views over the lake and the mountains. Huge private 20.000 sqm garden with olive and fruit trees, oleander, rosemary and lavender bushes, palm trees, roses etc. 60 sqm living room with high ceilings, open fireplace, and all glass sliding doors to terrace overlooking the lake. Open plan fully equipped kitchen, central heating, Upstairs all massive oak floors, downstairs terracotta floors. Lovely furnished with a mix of original designer furniture and old country furniture. 10 minutes drive to lovely clean beach at the lake. Close to riding school, golf and mountain climbing. Beautiful walks directly from the house. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere but also not too far from the beach and the town.

Lone standing single Villa set in National Park in between Olive farms. Huge grounds with olives, palm trees, roses, lavender etc. Breathtaking view over the lake. Up in the mountains but close to beach (ca. 10 minutes by car) and close to a lovely river valley. Rural and not spoilt by tourism. Very peaceful and quiet but also not too far from the town and the beaches. Close to the picturesque lovely old towns like Salo, Gardone, Gargnano , Toscolano with good shops and restaurants and summer festivals ( concerts, fireworks etc.).
