Die Angaben entsprachen exakt dem Online-Inserat, sehr schöne Lage, phantastischer Ausblick, moderne Einrichtung z.Teil mit Deckenventilator, riesiger Balkon mit Beschattung, einschließlich Liegen, etc.
Neues Objekt, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Zuvorkommende Betreuung durch den Vermieter, war bei uns sogar vor Ort, sehr nette Leute.
Das Objekt wurde von uns schon mehrfach weiterempfohlen.
Cafes, Restaurants, etc. in Vela Luka, ca. 7km vom Objekt

das Ferienhaus hat in Lage und Ausstattung unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen - der Ausblick und die Nähe zum Meer waren das Beste!!! Abstriche müssen wir lediglich bei der Sauberkeit machen - am Tage der Ankunft mussten wir zunächst die komplette Küche säubern, vor allen Dingen den Kühlschrank - die Essensrückstände der Vormieter fanden wir nicht sehr angenehm und die Oberflächen der Schränke usw. klebten. Da sollte man mit den Reinigungskräften noch einmal sprechen. ..schließlich wurden uns ja auch 40 Euro für die Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt.
Für die Anfahrt sollte man auf jeden Fall sehen, dass man die letzte Fähre von Split nach Korcula/Vela Luka um 17.30 nimmt. ansonsten wird es eine Höllenfahrt und man muss die armen Verwalter um 3.00 Uhr morgens aus dem Bett klingeln um den Schlüssel zu bekommen- dafür bedanken wir uns jetzt noch einmal ganz herzlich!!!! Es war auf jeden Fall ein toller Entspannungsurlaub!
Owner's Response: Den Vorwurf wegen der Sauberkeit nehmen wir sehr ernst,
leider sind wir nicht vor Ort und können es nicht überprüfen!
Haben den Vorfall bereits weitergeleitet und bitten die zukünftigen Mieter bei
der Hauswartin direkt zu reklamieren.
Wenn man die letzte Fähre verpasst, ist es ev.besser eine Uebernachtung
einzulegen!?
