Schöne ansprechende Ferienwohnung in Duhnen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber und noch im recht neuen Zustand. Optisch ansprechende Inneneinrichtung. Kostenloses Telefon ins Festnetz für alle Bewohner im Haus und günstiges WLAN. Gerne wieder.

Gut mit Abstrichen

Wohnung:
Einrichtung: Geschmackvoll, gemütlich und zweckmäßig, hinreichend Platz für 4 Personen, auch genügend Platz in den Kleider-Schränken. Entgegen den Angaben keine Geschirrspülmaschine, keine Waschmaschine in der gemieteten Wohnung vorhanden . Drahtloser DSL-Zugang nur gegen Gebühr. Küche: Herd mit Backofen und Ceran-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank zuwenig Fächer, dafür geräumiges Tiefkühlfach und der Flaschenhalter in der Kühlschranktür fehlte, ansonsten vollständig ausgestattet. Terrasse mit Tisch/4 Stühlen und Markise aber kein Liegestuhl vorhanden, Abstellraum zu klein und zu voll für Fahrräder, in dem 2. Schlafzimmer ( Kinderzimmer ) keine Nachttische/Ablagefächen am Bett. Kleiner Flachbild-TV mit DVBT. Sauberkeit nicht auf Norddeutschland-Niveau mit deutlichen Spuren von den Vormietern , aber noch ausreichend (lag's daran, dass an unserem Ankunfts-Tag die Vorgänger ausgezogen sind ? ).
Umgebung:
Ruhige Stichstraße im Wohnviertel mit Gärten. Textil-und FKK-Strand fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso Zentrum Duhnen mit allen Einkaufmöglichkeiten und "Ahoi"-Schwimmbad/Wellnesszentrum.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht voll und ganz der Wahrheit. Es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen und man kann sich gut erholen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Cuxhaven im Haus Windboe wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war supersauber und alles ist sehr schön modernisiert. Jederzeit wieder!!
