Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Kinder können in dem Garten spielen, obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstrasse liegt, solange man sich sicher ist, dass sie nicht auf die Strasse laufen. Der Begriff Hauptstrasse ist relativ, da nicht gerade viel Verkehr durch Hagen fließt. Man hat einen freien Blick auf eine Wiese und ist insgesamt angenehm ruhig untergebracht. Mit Auto anzureisen, ist ratsam, dann kann man auch die verschiedenen Ziele besser erreichen. Unmittelbar nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Laden, in dem man z.B. Brötchen bekommen kann. Alles Weitere kann man in Sassnitz bekommen, was ungefähr 8-10 km entfernt ist. Dort haben die größeren Discounter auch am Sonntag geöffnet.
