On the Finca, there is a newly built country house, which is available to rent. The Finca extends to around 25,000m² and the floor area of the house is about 65m². The house was fitted out thoughtfully and to high standard, and nearly all the furniture is hand-made. The houses has one living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Main equipment features as follows: The living room has a comfy suite as well as a TV. International TV and radio channels are received by satellite, in digital quality. In addition there is a radio with CD Player. In one bedroom there is a double bed and there are single beds (collapsible) in the other two bedrooms. All beds have comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons: ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, electric table-top grill, orange squeezer, iron, ironing board etc. Hand-towels, bath-towels.

Hand-towels, bath-towels, tea-towels and bed linen are provided in plenty. Of course, there is also a washing machine for the house. For the smallest guests, a cot and a high chair are available.

Other beaches and/or swimming pools are also just a few minutes drive away, also in San Juan de la Rambla as in San Marcos. The small beach at 'Playa San Marcos' is little known to foreign tourists and lies in a bay below low cliffs. With its fine, dark sand, it is the preferred bathing. At the beach, you can rent deckchairs and parasols. The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard service. A pretty promenade runs behind the beach with cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacy.

The distances

The South Airport is about 1½ hours away (= 130 km), and the North Airport is 45 km (about 40 minutes) away. You can get to the Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz in 15 minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants are located nearby, 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. The Finca is an ideal starting point for hikes. The owner of the two houses is also the owner of a restaurant that offers typical, regional dishes and it is highly recommended. It is handy for the Finca, being just 500 m away.
