This brand new apartment complex is a mere 150 metres from the shores of Lake Como. It measures 40 m². The first floor apartment also feature a small, private balcony. Guests can make use of the attractive gardens and swimming pool, children’s play area, free Wi-Fi access. Upon request (price to be agreed): boat mooring at the nearby tourist port as well as boat and fishing trips. 4 Persons Apartment: 1 open plan kitchen (oven), 1 living/dining room (double sofa bed, TV (satellite)), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, WC, bidet), Internet connection, bar, garden (shared), garden furniture, swimming pool (opened from April up to and including Oct), play area, 1 carport.

The apartment complex is located in Domaso town which boasts many amenities, including an open-air market, shops, restaurants, a long beach and a surf and sailing school. Domaso is one of the best spots in Italy and indeed Europe to go windsurfing, sailing and to practice other water sports. The temperate climate means the area benefits from mild, Mediterranean temperatures even in winter time. It is just 20 metres from the bus-stop, 50 metres to the nearest restaurant and 12 Km to the train station at Colico.

Saubere 2-Zimmerwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer, Küche u. Bad. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung ohne besonderen Luxus aber ausreichend.
Unsere Wohnung lag im vorderen Teil der Anlage, daher Straßenlärm (Durchgangsstraße) auch zur Nachtzeit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Sehr nette Vermieter. Schöner Pool. Strand ca. 150 m.
