El Limonero” lies in the Finca “El cernícalo” (approx. 9000 square meters), in which 8 enchanting houses are located. The finca os spread over untouched rolling hills near (ca. 900 meters) the beautiful beach of 'Fuente de Gallo' and 2.5 kilometers from the town of 'Conil de la Frontera'. The holiday homes are located within the public gardens with vines, trees, fragrant bushes and flowers and possess, moreover, their own private garden. A community pool is nestled within these beautiful, hilly gardens from where you enjoy a panoramic view of the serene landscape. El Limonero houses 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bath, another with a single bed and attached toilet and one room with two single beds. It comprises of a large and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and washing machine. It leads out to the front and rear terrace from the living room and dining room with fireplace.

La Higuera (the fig tree) with its ca. 120m2 is the largest house in the facility of 'El Cernicalo' and the only one with a private pool. A thickly vegetated garden with flowers and bushes lend a special charm to the house. Treat yourself to a peaceful sun bath on the deck and thereafter to a refreshing bath in the pool. The roofed porch gives sufficient shade for the hot noon. The furnishing of the house is well-tended and respectable. Three bedrooms, one with an en suite restroom, a living and dining room, bath, kitchen and a small living room in the foyer form the inside of the house. Remark: The central heating is included in the price from 3-3-2007 to 4-14-2007 and from 10-27-2007 to 12-1-2007. Outside these dates it costs 25 € per week.
