A quiet, stylishly furnished holiday home (50 m²) in a modern half-timbered house (ideal for both business and leisure trips). The apartment (ground floor) has a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and dinette, you have access to the garden with a barbecue, a small kitchen (well-equipped with stove/oven, microwave, raclette set, etc), a bathroom (shower) with a towel warmer and a bedroom with a double bed (parquet floors in the rooms, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom). The apartment is ideally suited to accommodate 1 to 5 persons. High-quality bed linen and towels included. TV, DVD, HiFi system provided, internet access via W-LAN can be provided upon request. Pets are allowed only on request.

The apartment is located in Borgfeld (a 3 min walk to the Hollerland dike & nature reserve (Binnen lake during the winter (paradise for migratory birds) & the fantastic ice-skating paradise depending on climatic conditions) with an ornithological station look-out as well as recreational hiking trails. An ideal starting point for inline skating and extensive bike tours on the dike (free of traffic). You can also take canoe rides on the river channels. Beautiful destinations for day-trips such as Worpswede and Fischerhude are also nearby. Good shopping facilities & recommendable restaurants can be found in the city & its surroundings. University (with a lake) and Rhododendron Park can be reached in a few minutes. There is a small bus taxi transfer to the city centre, to trams and shopping centre from here every 10 minutes. The route leads through beautiful city landscapes into the city centre with attractive cultural offerings: musical/theatre & galleries or museums as well as a casino.

Wohlfühlen in Stadtnähe

Die Wohnung liegt im Bremer Stadtteil Borgfeld in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Mit einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, einem Ess-/Wohnzimmer sowie einem Bad ist sie sehr großzügig bemessen. Hier erdrückt einen nicht die sonst übliche Enge einer Ferienwohnung.

Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Zudem war die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt.

Der kleine Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Bei schönem Wetter quasi ein Muss.

Die Gastgeber, die gleichfalls im Haus wohnen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. So erhielten wir direkt am Ankunftstag Tips für Ausflüge oder gute Restaurants.

Von Borgfeld aus erreicht man die Bremer Innenstadt bequem mit der Straßenbahn. Im Grunde kann das Auto, zumindest an der Endstation, stehen gelassen werden.

Aber auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung, dann aber besser mit dem Auto, kann man von Borgfeld aus ausgezeichnet starten.

Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen und würden sie mit Sicherheit wieder anmieten, wenn wir mal wieder längere Zeit in Bremen sind.

Erholungsurlaub pur

Wir, meine Frau und ich (beide Studenten), haben während der Uniferien 4 Übernachtungen dort gebucht gehabt. Die Vermieter sind umgänglich und die Lage ist sehr ruhig, für uns Stadtleute war sie etwas zu ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines großen Einfamilienhaus und ist "abgeschottet" vom Vermieter, die sozusagen direkt nebenan wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für die Verpflegung in der näheren Umgebung gab es genug.
Die Bremer City ist auch schnell per Auto oder Straßenbahn erreicht. Tagsüber kann man super im benachbarten Naturschutzgebiet wandern.
Das Bremer Nachtleben lässt aber einiges zu Wünschen übrig.

gerne gebe ich Rückmeldung über unseren Aufenthalt in Bremen bei o.g. Gastgeber. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden. Der Umgang war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohngegend ist gepflegt und durch schön geschmückte Gärten eine Augenweide.

Verkehrsgünstig ist die Wohnung zusätzlich. Schnell fährt man in die Bremer City. Durch die Randlage kann die Natur mit Fahrrad oder Wanderschuhen erschlossen werden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) alles hatten, was man braucht, um sich abends von anstrengenden Tagesausflügen zu erholen. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage und sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps inklusive. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!!

es ist uns ein Bedürfnis,uns für die schöne Ferienwohnung
und die Empfehlungen zu bedanken.Wir hatten wunder-schöne Tage mit "Paula Moderson" und eine wunder -bare Landschaft mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen
