This is not a suitable rental property. It is a converted old stable, built of wood. It has HUGE windows which do not open, and therefore there is virtually no ventilation. In warm weather it will become unbearably hot and stuffy.
There is only one entrance/exit, which is the only means of escape in the event of fire.
There is not a garden worthy of the name: it is unsafe for children.

Owner's response:

This is the first negativ responce we have had since we finished our stable. Up until now all the guests and families felt very welcome, many of them returned.
Obviously we are open for suggestions and are constantly improving. On the other hand we also want to keep it affordable for families. Some of the suggestions we recieved from this unsatisfied guest would make the appartement unaffordable for many guests.
The appartement has been renovated in accordance with strict Swiss fire regulations and energy control.
We try our best to satisfy every costumer, but obviously it is not possible to please everybody all the time. We find it hard to understand that somebody can make a judgement without knowing all the facts. Luckely our guest book full of positiv coments tells an other story.
