aus dem geschäftigen Lovran weg führt eine steile kleine Bergstraße nach Obrec, umrahmt von Wäldern und vielen blühenden Pflanzen und führt in einen uralten großzügigen Kastanienbaumpark, indem zwei istrische Fincas mit je zwei eigenen Eingängen und Terassen liegen. Die Häuser sind edel renoviert, Architekturliebhaber werden liebevoll erhaltene und eingebaute Details erkunden. Wir waren schon öfters Gast hier und lieben im besonderen die wunderbare friedliche Natur. uralte Bäume, Feigen, Oliven, Kirschen und Äpfel und andere Früchte können geerntet werden. Der Blick auf das Meer wird durch die vielen Bäume nicht getrübt, es gibt in den Häusern und auf den Terassen wunderschöne Aussichtspunkte. Hier kann die Seele atmen, werden kreative inspiriert und für Individualisten wie für Kinder, für die es sogar einen Pool gibt ist dieser Platz ein Ort andem die Freude wohnt, der Park und der angrenzende Wald viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten bietet. Wenn Kvarner Bucht ... dann nur hierher. Noch ist dieser Platz ein Geheimtipp ... und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Küchen sind gut eingerichtet, die Wohnräume großzügig mit TV und DVD und Musikanlagen, die Bäder Luxus pur .. sollte es mal kühl werden sind Heizung, aber noch besser die Holzöfen Garant für gemütliche Abende.
