Open plan kitchen with 4 ring stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, dinner table and kitchen counter with 3 stools that invite to stay. Shower/WC. Central air-conditioning. Washing machine, dryer and telephone are available. Both bathrooms contain shower/WC or bath/WC. In Venice/Englewood the beautiful freestanding house is located in a central and sunny position, 1 mile from the beach.
