Well equipped 2 room holiday apartment on the ground floor of a private bungalow, central heating, furnished terrace (25 m2), beautiful garden with about 100 m2 lawn for laying and well-kept heated pool (8x4x1.40). At about 300 m above sea level with a view of the sea and the tide. The living-dining room is well equipped (kitchenette, pull-out sofa for two more people, TV with SAT reception, internet access (WLAN). In the bedroom you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) with latex mattresses. Bathroom with shower and WC. Usage of washing machine and dryer. Sauna usage and BBQ area on request. To the beautiful, clean black beach you will find an impressive street with a wide coast view. You can reach it in about 8 minutes by car.

Mesa del Mar is a district of Tacoronte. To the capitol of Santa Cruz and to Puerto de la Cruz it is about 20 km. The region is known by its distinguished "tinto" "Tacoronte-Acentejo" and through its diverse gastronomy with local and inexpensive kitchen. A farmer's market (5 minutes by car) offers you fresh agricultural products from the surrounding area during the weekends. The black beach "Playa de Arena" is distinguished with the "bandera azul" and can be reached by an impressive beach with a stunning view of the total northern coast without a problem. A cosy, long walk leads back to Playa Mesa del Mar and the fishing villages of El Prix where you can eat wonderful, fresh food. The exclusive "Real Club de Golf" (18 hole course, demanding) is nearby.

3 Wochen in der Casa Otto

In der Casa Otto kann man die schönsten Tage des Jahres genießen! Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Urbanisation etwas ausserhalb vom Ortskern Tacoronte. Die Beschreibung durch den Vermieter ist
absolut stimmig. Ausstattung und Funktion sind so, wie im Internet dargestellt. Als besonders angenehm sind die gemeinsamen Abende zusammen mit einheimischen Freunden des Vermieters zu nennen. Diese manchmal spontanen Zusammenkünfte verlaufen immer lustig und werden durch die Unkompliziertheit der anwesenden Gäste zu netten Urlaubserinnerungen.
Der neu erbaute Holzbackofen in einer Ecke des schönen Grundstückes, ist eine Attraktion für groß und klein!
Unser besonderer Dank gilt dem Vermieter, der uns bei Fragen und der Planung von Aktivitäten immer einen guten Rat geben konnte. Unser Sohn ( 10 Jahre ) hat
sich genauso wohl wie wir gefühlt!

Teneriffa im Winter mit Kleinkind

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen 100%, die Wohnung ist sehr gut gepflegt, und der Vermieter hat mit seiner netten und offenen Art sehr zum guten Gelingen des Urlaubs beigetragen (Grillabende, ein wunderbares Sylvestermenü ime Kreise seiner Freunde, tatkräftige Hilfe bei der Mietwagensuche...). Auch für unseren kleinen Sohn (13 Monate) war der Aufenthalt super - angefangen von Babybett und Kindersitz über einen schönen Garten mit kinderlieben Katzen war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, mit einem Bauernmarkt, Bäcker und Supermarkt in Fußreichweite. Perfekt waren ebenfalls die Möglichkeiten, das Telefon und WLAN des Vermieters zu nutzen.

Toller Urlaub in der

Unser Urlaub in der "Casa Otto" war schon etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir haben die unkomplizierte, herzliche Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen, ganz zu schweigen von dem Komfort und Vergnügen, jeden Morgen ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool zu nehmen, und das vor dem Frühstück!
Und Ottos Grillkünste - ein Genuss.

So wird der Teneriffa-Urlaub einfach spitze!

Wir haben erholsame 19 Tage auf Teneriffa verbracht. In großem Maße hat dazu die herrliche Unterkunft beigetragen. An erster Stelle ist die Gastfreundlichkeit und Unkompliziertheit des Vermieters zu nennen. Des weiteren ist die Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben, alles ist gut in Schuss. Die Küche, in der wir viel selber gekocht haben, ist gut ausgestattet. Pool, Garten und Terrasse sind sauber und gepflegt. Durch die Lage der Wohnung auf der Insel sind mit einem Mietwagen alle interessanten Ecken zum Wandern, Einkaufen, an den Strand gehen usw. gut und recht schnell erreichbar. Da die Zu- und Abfahrtswege sehr steil sind, ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt zu empfehlen, allein um in dem nahegelegnen Supermarkt einzukaufen. Der nächste Strand in Mesa del Mar ist schnell erreicht und auch Sonnenuntergänge lassen sich von dort aus herrlich beobachten. Viele andere Strände der Insel sind auch in weniger als 30 Min. Fahrzeit erreicht.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Nach 20 Teneriffaaufenthalten: Der Höhepunkt

Lage : Ideale Lage für vielfältige Aktivitäten, wie Tennis, Schwimmen (sauberer Pool auf dem Grundstück, Meeresschwimmbecken in unmittelbarer Nähe oder 2 einzigartige Meeresschwimmbecken im ca 15 km entfernten Bajamar), Wandern im Anagagebirge,Tenogebirge oder gar im Teidegebiet. Für Kulturfreaks sind die reizenden Städte Puerto de la Cruz,Santa Cruz und La laguna hervorzuheben, die leicht zu erreichen sind, wenn man einen Leihwagen mietet, was eigentlich ein unbedingtes Muss für diesen gewählten Standort bedeuten sollte!
FeWo: Gute Ausstattung mit gemütlichen und zweckmäßgen Möbeln,bequemen Betten,reichhaltige Küchenausstattung u. -geräte, ein wunderbares Bad sowie
eine einmalige Terasse (mit zweckmäßigen und bequemen Möbeln), die durch eine große Schiebetür erreichbar ist. Alles gelegen auf einem geräumigen Grundstück , das einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer gestattet. Absolut ruhige Lage.

Betreuung durch den Vermieter: Mustergültig, fast beschämend großzügig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist für
uns die freundschaftliche Anbindung durch den kontaktfreundlchen Vermieter an seinen z.T. einheimischen Freundeskreis , seine Grillabende (wobei er sich nicht nur als großzügiger Gastgeber, sondern auch als exzelenter Koch erwies) sowie gemeinsame Ausflüge zu ausgesuchten einheimischen Gastwitschaften.
Dabei zeigte er sich stets als sehr einfülsam, ohne je die Privatsphäre zu verletzen.

Zusammenfassend bleibt festzustellen: Es war für uns der schönste Aufenthalt auf der Insel, und vor allem das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte absolut!
Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf den Ferienaufenthalt in der Casa Otto 2009.
