Wir haben in den Jahren zuvor schon zwei andere Häuser in Cape Coral kennengelernt, die auch nicht schlecht waren. Dieses hier übertraf jedoch all unsere Erwartungen hinsichtlich Ausstattung, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit. Es fehlt an nichts und auch unsere großen "Kinder" im Alter zwischen 16 und 26 waren restlos begeistert.

Dank auch an die Eigentümer und die Hausverwaltung für den netten Kontakt und die prompte Beantwortung all unserer Fragen!
Sollten wir unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder in Cape Coral verbringen, ist dies sicherlich das Haus unserer Wahl.

Hervorragende ´Villa in Florida

Wir waren schon 4x in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist hervorragend eingerichtet, in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, tolle Lage (vor allem ruhig und mit sehr schöner Aussicht), mit einem schönen Pool. Wir haben uns seit der ersten Minute an immer wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nach unserer Meinung kein vergleichbares Haus (wir haben vorher in Florida zwei andere Häuser gemietet!) Die Vermieter sind uns Gästen gegenüber sehr herzlich und absolut korrekt. Wir vergeben ohne Bedenken auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 die Bestnote 10. Danke für alles und bis März 2010.

Traumurlaub unter der Sonne Floridas

Wir können die Villa Mona Lisa nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben dort einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht und kommen sicherlich wieder. Die Zeit ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei, doch die Erinnerungen werden bleiben.

Die Villa ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet (Gewürze, Fön, Toilettenpapier etc, alles vorhanden, was durchaus nicht üblich ist), in einem tadellosen und einwandfreien Zustand und alles ist so, wie es beschrieben wird.

Man sollte da gewesen sein, um zu sehen, wie traumhaft es dort ist.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr geplegtes, von Palmen und Obstbäumen umzäuntes, grosses Grundstück mit einem Bootsdock und einem großen Swimmingpool für jung und alt.

Die Lage ist zentral und optimal für Ruhesuchende in einem amerik. Wohngebiet. Bars, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Für das Wohl der Kleinsten ist auch gesorgt und das Haus ist optimal für Familien mit Kindern. Es gibt Sonnenschirme, Liegen mit Auflagen, eine Poolbar, einen Grill etc. Sogar ein Kinderbettchen ist vorhanden.

Man muss an nichts denken, ausser an die Badehose.

An alles wurde gedacht und es wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das erste Frühstück war vorhanden, als wir abends nach einem langen Flug in der Villa ankamen. Kein Stress mit einkaufen, nur ausruhen und den ersten Abend geniessen.

In dieser Villa hat man wirklich Zeit zu entspannen und um die Sonne zu geniessen. Wir können die Villa Mona Lisa und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in CC.

Sehr Schöner Urlaub!

Wir machten unseren ersten Urlaub in den USA in diesem Haus! Und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bis auf ein paar kleinigkeiten die aber prompt vom Hausverwalter behoben wurden. Dieses Haus können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig in dieser gegend wo das Haus steht aber denoch ist alles was man braucht direkt um die Ecke. Wir, das heißt drei Männer im alter von ca 30 Jahren, waren total begeistert von diesem Haus.
