"Le Petit Manoir" is a an original, lovely restored, Norman mansion from 1480. A rare checkerboard pattern from firestone from 1500 and fine sculptures on the beams go through the facade. Inside the mansion, you will find a cosy dining room (40 m2) with half-timbered walls, a charming salon and a light-flooded kitchen with modern quality equipment. The original beams and doors are preserved, which gives the rooms an original ambiance. The half-timbered stair case leads to 4 bedrooms (3 double beds 160 x 200 and 4 single beds 90 x 200) and the 2 modern bathrooms. The bedrooms also give off the warmth of the old wood. Le Petit Manoir is located peacefully and is surrounded by a large orchard (1300 m2). From the terrace (70 m2, garden furniture) you will have a view of one of the most beautiful pigeon towers *** of Normandy while you relax or eat. It is only 400m to the village square with its shops.

Le Petit Manoir is located peacefully by the village centre. You can go on foot to go shopping in the village (very good bakery with tasty croissants, sea food, supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, doctor...). Offranville is the capitol for pigeon towers in France with 8 different pigeon towers (with half-timbers or wood-brick, with round, square or octagonal floor plans with fine motives or simple ...). All are 200 to 400 years old. The beaches are 5 km away. Fine sand beaches mix with the coastal cliffs. The high cliffs of white chalk are a wonderful view. The difference between the tide and flood is large. Dieppe with its beautiful harbour and typical market is 8 km away. Varengeville, Pourville, Quiberville, the villages loved by the painter Claude Monet, are 6 km away. Rouen, a museum city with very beautiful half timbered alleys, is 45 km away. Very charming villages on the coast like Veules le Roses, Saint Valéry and Honfluer invite you to go for a stroll.

Super Haus, sehr hellhörig

Wir haben eine fantastische Woche in Le petit manoir verbracht. 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Traumstrand. 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und Supermarkt. Wunderbare Atmosphäre im und um das Haus. Sehr netter Vermieter, der das Haus selber aufgebaut hat und viel dazu erzählen kann. Viel Holz und dadurch hellhörig. In der Küche fehlen gute Messer, wenn man nicht viel essen geht, was wir nicht gemacht haben, da Wetter und Haus zu schön war. Der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten.

Absolut hinreissend und perfekt restauriertes Haus, mit modernem Komfort, viel Platz und selbst bei schlechtem Wetter sehr angenehm.
Gute, ruhige Ortsrandlage mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig und einem erstklassigen Restaurant im Ort. Freundliche, gewissenhafte Vemieter.
Da der Ort nicht in unmittelbarer Meeresnähe liegt, wäre ein Pool das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i".
