Our new apartment house contains apartments for from two to six/seven guests. The apartments are fitted out with solid wood furniture and offer you the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Our apartments are beautifully cared for and enjoy a sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the marvelous Dolomite Mountain. The apartments have kitchenware and cutlery, bed linen, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone with internet link, a safe, a parking place and space for skis and bikes.

A one-room apartment in a newly built block lovingly equipped with solid wood furniture. It offers a double bed and sleeping couch for three guests with separate kitchen, balcony and bathroom. One apartment is on the first floor, the other is on the second floor, south facing with a view of Piz La Villa. They are accessible by lift. In our dining room you can fortify yourself at our breakfast buffet and in the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine in our inviting house bar.

La Villa (m 1433) is the village at the centre of the Alta Badia area of the Dolomites and lies at the foot of the Gardenazza and Piz La Villa. It is dominated by the ancient fortress, “Ciastel Colz”, which, with the church, lies in the historic part of the village. La Villa is ideal for both winter and summer holidays, because of the beautiful walking routes and natural and romantic atmosphere. La Villa has been the centre of attention for over twenty years as the place where the World Ski Championship takes place on the “Gran Risa” piste. Every year in mid-December crowds of winter sport enthusiasts converge on La Villa and bring festival atmosphere and joy to the village for a few days. The atmosphere is that of a world class sporting event. After the competition, peace and quiet descend again on La Villa.
