Betlem is a wonderful, romantic village in the northeast of the island with the most beautiful scenery, which is tucked away close to the sea and mountains. The coastline is rugged with beautiful little coves to explore. There are plenty of coastal paths, ideal for walking or you may well fancy a walk up and across the mountains to the Hermitage. Betlem itself is a quiet place ideal for those who want to get away from it all and relax. The amenities in the area consist of a small bakery and two bars/restaurants. A short 5 minute drive away and you come to the small fishing village of Colonia St. Pere with all the amenities you require such as Banks, Pharmacy and Supermarket. The village has a nice sandy beach ideal for swimming, a nice promenade with restaurants and bars as well as a small marina.
