The holiday house 'El Jardín' lies between banana plantations and vineyards in the green north-west of Tenerife, close to 'Icod de los Vinos'. The ambience of the rooms and terraces is characterized by its calm rural location, the proximity of the sea (about 100m above sea-level) and the large garden with lawns, swimming pool and palms. The holiday house 'El Jardín' has a floor area of around 120m² very thoughtfully furnished to the last detail by the owner. There are three bedrooms. There are double beds in two bedrooms with two comfortable latex mattresses (head and foot adjustable) of 100 x 200 cm each. The feather/spring-core mattress in the third bedroom measures 140 x 200 cm. For the smallest guests, a cot (60 x120 cm) and high chair are available.

• The price for this holiday house for 2 people amounts to € 98. Each further person up to 3 years old is charged €8, from 14 years to 17 years € 13, and over 17s € 18. The prices quoted are daily rates. Final cleaning is charged as one extra day’s rent. Between 21 December and 6 January, the price amounts to € 108 instead of € 98. There are no additional charges. Use of the Internet connection is free.

Inside

In the kitchen there is a 4-ring gas hob, an electric oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc.. In the living room there is a cosy suite and a satellite TV for the receipt of international television and radio programs in digital quality. The living room connects to the living/dining-room. Here there is a dining table with 6 chairs. At breakfast, you can begin the day with an ocean view. Also, there is a cosy reading corner with two comfortable armchairs, from which you also have a sea view. The living/dining-room leads out onto the terrace, and if you open all the glass doors, you would be sitting at one with nature. The bathroom with shower, wash-basin, WC and hair dryer, looks out to the conservatory. Here there is a sauna plus a further, separate, WC and a washing machine. The conservatory leads to the roof terrace which has a wonderful panoramic view of El Teide, the mountains and the sea.

Outside

Small steps lead into the garden. From there you reach the sea-water pool (about 7 x 4 m), which is surrounded by a large lawn. Due to its location in the middle of the lawn, the pool is not suitable for splashing around or romping but it is intended - like the rest of the holiday accommodation – to be for relaxing and recovering. The pool has a cover of lamellas and solar cells. The water surface can be covered over as required - above all at night. After a refreshing dip, why not stretch out on lawn and dream under the palms? There is plenty of garden furniture and sun-beds. Bed linen, hand-towels, bath-towels and tea-towels are also provided in plenty. A small safe is installed for your valuables.

Families with small children can make use of a cot and high chair, and there is a sandpit in the garden. Children under 4 years and young people over 14 years are cordially welcome.
