Our brand new private home lies in an elegant neighbourhood of Villas in the north of Naples, at a distance of ca. 35 km from Fort Myers in a very quiet residential area by the lake. The living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with walk-in closets and 3 bathrooms lie in the centrally air-conditioned living space of ca. 200 qm. Furthermore, it boasts a double garage, a canopied terrace, 10 m pool with jet-Jacuzzi, 3 TV's, 3 telephones, Fax, CD, DVD-player etc., and Italian tiling. The entire terrace is sheltered with a screen, and is therefore absolutely free of mosquitoes. All facilities, furniture and equipments, which are necessary for luxury and for the day-to-day use, are provided in the house. An electric barbecue on the terrace. Brand new Villa in a very quiet location beside a natural lake, 5 minutes to the beach. Private golf course 500 meter. Our Villa lies in a well-developed neighbourhood of the 'Palm River' settlement. In three minutes by car, one is on Highway 41 having all shops, restaurants and supermarkets as well as businesses of all kinds. The ‘Vanderbilt Beach’, one of the loveliest beaches in USA can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Floodlit – Tennis Courts (free for tenants) is at a distance of 1500 meters. A canoe is included in the rent, for the lake or the small stream on the property, leading directly to the Gulf of Mexico. We will gladly arrange a motor boat.

(Publix, Wallmart etc.).

Absolut zu empfehlen, schönes gut ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Lage, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Außerdem total nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Es stimmt einfach im ganzen.

Ein Feriendomizil das hält, was es verspricht!

Endlich mal ein Feriendomizil, bei dem die Bilder im Internet halten, was sie versprechen. Wir haben uns zwar nur eine Woche in der Traumvilla aufgehalten, waren aber dennoch rundum zufrieden - sowohl mit der Ausstattung als auch mit der Betreuung durch die Vermieter und den Hausverwalter. Alle Informationen/ Reiseunterlagen kamen prompt und ausführlich (auch die Restauranttipps kann man durchaus weiterempfehlen). Der Hausverwalter ist gut erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt für dieses Urlaubsdomizil.

Möchte man in angenehmer Atmosphäre entspannen, dabei aber nicht auf bekannten Standard verzichten und nebenbei noch einen "eigenen" und sehr gepflgten Pool genießen, sollte man sich hier einmieten. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall ganz fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen, so wie auch einige Freunde von uns, denen wir für den Tipp mit der Villa dankbar sind.

Urlaub ohne Stress und zum Abschalten

Meine Frau und ich waren zum 4. Mal in dieser Urlaubswohnung. Wunderbar - alles stimmt. Einkaufszentren u. Supermarkt innerhalb von Minuten erreichbar (Auch mit Fahrrädern die zur Verfügung stehen). Sehr leicht erreichbar, aber in einer sehr ruhige Wohnlage, ideal zum Ausspannen; jogging; idealer pool, sehr intim, privat und romantisch für uns beide. Innenausstattung perfect; mehrere TV's, electronik - super Möbel. Supersauber und alles im besten Stand. Lokale Kontaktperson für alle Notfälle und allgemeine Orientation (dreisprachig: deutsch, englisch u. spanisch) steht 7/24 zur Verfügung.
Kann eigentlich nichts Negatives sagen, darum haben wir auch schon wieder neu reserviert - wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.
Wir sind, deutschstämmig, in Panama, Mittelamerika, ansässig. Auch bei uns gibt es schöne Sonne und schöne Gegenden, aber dieses Ferienhaus überbietet alles. Ausspannen, auftanken, vom Alltag wegkommen, mehr Zeit für den Partner haben, shopping in Malls etc., fabelhafte Restaurants im Umkreis... wo kann man das sonst noch finden als hier in Naples, und für uns in diesem Ferienhaus.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute

In diesem sehr gepflegten, in ruhiger Lage befindlichen Haus fühlt man sich von der ersten Minute an wohl.
Es mangelt an nichts, die Ausstattung super, alles neuwertig, bei Problemen ist der Hausverwalter sofort zur Stelle, kurzum- es ist schwierig, ein besseres Urlaubsdomizil zu finden.
Auch die im Hause befindlichen Hinweise auf gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, Ausflugstipps, Strandempfehlungen etc. sind bestens. Wir haben diese Adresse bereits an Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Ideal zum Relaxen

Ideale Ferienvilla zum Relaxen in einer gepflegten Wohngegend,ideal zum Fahrradfahren (2 Fahrräder im Haus) und Joggen. Ruhig, naturverbunden, komplett ausgestattet und nah zu den Stränden, Einkaufszentren und Attraktionen von Naples. Das absolut Beste ist der immer angenehm warme Pool. Die Mietabwicklung durch den Eigentümer war absolut unkompliziert (hier haben wir schon anderes erlebt). Wir wollen nächstes Jahr unbedingt wieder hin.
