Our guest house is in La Lande d'Airou, near the lively all-year copper and bell foundry town of Villedieu-les-Poeles with good shops, pubs and restaurants. The little town of Villedieu (4400 inhabitants) has been known for centuries for its copper and tin kitchenware. You must see the 'L'Atelier du cuivre', an ancient copper workshop, the 'Musée de la Poeslerie', a museum of copper pot and pan production, the 'Fonderie des Cloches', a bell foundry that is still in operation and can be seen working. Just a few km away in the direction of Granville is Champrepus Zoo. It takes approx. 30 minutes by car to reach the long, sandy beaches of St. Martin-de-Brehal and Jullouville.

Erholsame Tage in einem wunderschönen Landhaus

Wir haben Mitte September 2009 eine knappe Woche in diesem wunderschönen, mit allem Komfort ausgestatteten normannischen Steinhaus verbracht - und haben dabei jede MInute genossen.

Die abgeschiedene Lage ohne unmittelbare Nachbarn, das riesige und topgepflegte Grundstück sowie die stilvolle Inneneinrichtung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ist man in wenigen Autominuten in Villedieu, wo man alles Notwendige einkaufen und erleben (Cafés, Restaurants, etc.) kann. Eine sehr nützliche Info-Mappe hilft zudem bei der Auswahl der täglichen Aktivitäten.

Ein besonders herzlicher Dank gilt unseren überaus freundlichen Vermietern, die vor und während unseres Urlaubes immer mit wichtigen Informationen zur Verfügung standen.

Wir können dieses Gästehaus in der Manche nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ein Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Erst einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter für die schöne Woche in der Manche.
In diesem Haus finden Sie alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt, selbst an die kleinen Dinge wie z. B. Gewürze, Spülmittel, Geschirrtücher etc. wurde gedacht.
Eine Mappe mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung hilft einem bei der Auswahl der täglichen Aktivitäten.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, bis zur nächsten Stadt, mit allen nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind es aber trotzdem nur fünf Autominuten.
Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und wünschen viel Spaß in Frankreich.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben hier ein Domizil vorgefunden, dass uns mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern (2 und 7 Jahre alt) keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Das voll ausgestattete, sehr saubere und gepflegte Haus hat uns mit seiner besonders ruhigen Lage einen erholsamen Urlaub beschert und unsere Vermieter haben uns auf eine sehr angenehme Art zu den allgemeinen Informationen über die Gegend mit aktuellen Veranstaltungstipps versorgt. Ohne diese hätten wir wahrscheinlich den einen oder anderen Höhepunkt unseres Urlaubs gar nicht erlebt.
