The small, stylish, free standing country house lies on a bank with view upon the other side of the valley and upon Bad Duerkheim, over the Rhine Plain. There are a few stairs leading from the quiet dead-end street with very good parking possibilities to the garden of the house. The one-storey house is idyllically located in a well kept garden, with old trees. The entire living surface is 57.40 m² and it accommodates 2 - 3 people. It offers a top-quality accommodation. The following rooms are available: 1 entrance hall with wardrobe (2.80 m²), bathroom (3.6 m²), kitchen (8.10 m²), bedroom (13.80 m²), and a living/dining room (29 m²) with high quality massive oak wood furniture. From the living/dining room, you have direct access onto the terrace heading west, which invites you to relax. The terrace heading east is equipped with a garden shower, and it offers you the possibility to refresh on hot days. From the small North terrace in front of the house, you can admire the sunset.

Bad Duerkheim is a health resort in South Pfalz, with a lot of leisure time activities. In the neighbourhood, there are many castles, chateaus and tourist attractions, which are favoured by the hikers. There are many restaurants and wine festivals from spring until fall. The cultural centers of Neustadt, Worms, Speyer and Heidelberg invite you for a one-day trip by car or by train. The health establishments offer besides the classical treatments, Ayurveda, acupuncture massages, Lomi Lomi Nui, etc. The hot springs with a large wellness area, the free pool, the gambling house and many shopping facilities can be reached on foot, within 20 minutes. There is an attractive golf course, which can be reached by car in 30 minutes.

  • The prices are valid for 2 people. Each further person needs to pay an extra 10 Euros per night. Children up to 14 years can stay here for free. If you book only 2 nights, there is a surcharge of 15 Euros per person, for the final cleaning. For longer stays than 3 nights, the final cleaning, the dish towels, the towels and the linen are included in the rental rate. For dogs, you need to pay a surcharge of 15,- € for the final cleaning. If you book 14 nights, 1 night is for free. For bookings of 20 nights, 2 nights are for free. If you book 30 nights, 3 nights are for free.
  • The visitor’s tax is additional per person and per night. For May, 1st- October, 31st: 1.50 Euros for adults, and 0.80 Euros for children between 14 and 18 years. The children up to 14 don’t pay the visitor’s tax. For November, 1st – April, 30th: 1.30 Euros for adults and 0.50 Euros for children between 14 and 18. The children up to 14 don’t pay the visitor’s tax. Severely disabled people and their assistants, on request. People who are here for business don’t have to pay the visitor’s tax.

Notes: The washing machine can be found in the large basement room, which also offers enough room for you to dry your laundry. A cloth horse, an ironing board and a steam iron are available. From the street you can reach the property over stairs. This is why the property is not suitable for disabled people. All the materials in the house are ant-allergic. Dogs are allowed. The kitchen (8.10 m²) heads east and it has a view upon the entrance of the property and upon Bad Duerkheim. The kitchen has cork parquet as well. The double spaced built-in kitchen with doors made of authentic wood has aside from the usual gadgets a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. On request, we put an Espresso machine at your disposal. The furniture is elegant and it offers a nice atmosphere.

Die Vermieter haben alles getan, damit der Urlaub nicht langweilig wird, jede Menge Prospekte und auch persönliche Infos um die Gegend Bad Dürkheims.
Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, es ist alles drin zum wohlfühlen.
