Casa Pinia is a very well-maintained, comfortably furnished half of a double house. It is in a tranquil residential zone in La Escala. It has 2 levels. On the 1st floor there’s a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and wood-burning stove, 1 separate WC with shower and wash basin, fully equipped built-in kitchen with gas cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. The living room leads to a furnished terrace and a stairway leads down into the large garden. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with French bed and 1 bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin. The house is very well furnished in Catalan style. A washing machine is provided. It’s approx. 800 m to the beach and the nearest shop is approx. 500 m away. There is a parking space in the grounds. The house has energy-saving electric storage heating.

La Escala is an ancient fishing village with an idyllic old town. There are several wonderful beaches, some with incredible rock formations, and is very popular with divers. La Escala is also known for its Roman excavations. The village has a wonderful new promenade with boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes. Every kind of water sport is available as well as riding and lots more. There are also plenty of good trips to e.g. Figueres Dali museum, the white town of Cadaques, Ampuriabrava - Little Venice.
