The comfortably furnished apartment is approx. 65 sqm. It has 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room and large terrace (approx. 25 sqm). A children's bed is also available. The comfortably furnished apartment is located in a small architecturally beautiful complex with pool in the 'Cabo de Gata' national park (no multi-storey buildings and many unspoilt beaches) in the small town of San José. The apartment is centrally located, it is only a few minutes by foot to the beach, the supermarket is only about 5 minutes by foot away. The area is especially suitable for spending the winter thanks to it geographically favourable location!

The apartment is located on the Costa del Sol / Costa de Almeria east of Andalusia in the 'Cabo de Gata' national park in the town of San José. The meeting of ocean and land is distinguished by grand cliff lines, bizarre rock formations and coves with fine sand beaches as well as by a long beach that is approx. 10 km long. Thanks to the lack of industry and mass tourism, the water is very clean and clear, a paradise for snorkelers and scuba divers. The touristic infrastructure is concentrated in the town of San José, which has a.o. restaurants, cafés, shops, beach promenades, a fishing and sport harbour. The apartment is located in an architecturally beautiful complex. Our German-speaking management team is available on-site. The area is especially suitable for spending the winter/long-term holiday-makers.

Ein kleiner Makel ist zuerwähnen. Die Kimaanlage hatte nicht die Leistung gebracht um das Wohnzimmer und angrenzende Räume zu kühlen. Dies ist möglicherweise bereits behoben.
