Our vacation house is situated on a beautiful, peaceful spot (blind alley). It is built on a little elevation, and surrounded by Mediterranean garden, it has a sunny and a shady side. The house has 3 residential units with separate entrances. We live on the 1st floor, so the ground-floor and the 2nd floor are for leasing. The apartments are fully equipped. We offer you enough room for you and your pet, in a nice, calm atmosphere. The parking space is right in front of the house.

The apartment A2 (65 m2) is located on the 2nd floor and has its own entrance. This sunny and bright apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, an open dining room with a couch and Sat-TV, a small kitchen which is fully equipped (a cooking stove, a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine), and 2 shower/ toilets. It is suitable for 4 - 6 people. The terrace is large and beautiful, with a great view of the sea and the wood. It offers you some magnificent moments of rest. It has air-conditioning which costs 5 € per day. Our roofed over terrace is on the ground floor. It is an ideal spot for social gatherings and barbecuing.

Pula is one of the oldest cities of Croatia, and offers you a great deal of cultural and historical sights. A small fishing spot Banjole is situated about 7 km from Pula, away from the tourist complexes, in a small, peaceful bay. We are about 100 m from the sea, a great pebbly beach and a pine wood. Also, there are restaurants and supermarkets near by, and there are many possibilities for sport and recreation.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub. Die Fewo war sehr sauber, vollkommend ausreichend in der Ausstattung und es war alles voll funktionsfähig. Unsere Vermieter waren immer sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr Gastfreundlich, sie hatten für jeden Wunsch immer ein offenes Ohr und konnten natürlich aufgrund ihrer guten Deutschkenntnisse all unsere Fragen beantworten, wir fühlten uns auch durch unsere Vermieter die auch im Haus wohnen nicht kontrolliert. Auch die Restaurants die sie uns empfohlen haben waren sehr gut( Barka,Sidro). Der Strand war ausreichend, denn wer mehr will sollte mit dem Auto nach Kamenjak fahren, das gleiche gilt auch für die Unterhaltung und das Nachtleben, denn Medulin und Pula sowie Premantura sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir können diese Fewo nur empfehlen und hoffen das wir trotz der guten Empfehlung wieder eine freie Fewo bekommen .
Die Angaben im Internet sind völlig korrekt.
Wir haben dieses Haus auch schon an unsere Freunde weiterempfohlen!!

Die ruhige Lage, viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Rad fahren, Schwimmen, Einkaufen, Essen gehen - ohne ins Auto steigen zu müssen, hat uns gut gefallen.
Der ausgesprochen nette Kontakt, die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter tragen dazu bei, sich in ihrem Haus sehr wohl zu fühlen.
Sie sind verständnisvoll und unkompliziert auch bei Problemen (kurzfristig verschobener Aufenthalt ohne Mehrkosten).

Ein wunderschöner ruhiger erholsamer Badeurlaub.
Eine gepflegte Ferienwohnung, sehr nette und hilfsbereite
Vermieter.
Die Landschaft mit Pinienwälder einfach zauberhaft!
Den Markt und das Amphitheater in Pula sollte man besuchen, sehr zu empfehlrn!
Viele nette Restaurants in unmittelbaren Nähe!
Meine drei Jungs waren absolut begeistert!
Baden, Baden und Tauchen!
Das Meer super sauber!

Unsere Gäste haben in der Bewertung mit kurze Beschreibung sehr viel gesagt,Das wichtigste ist das der Urlaub erholsam war für die ganze Familie.
Für die Kinder gibt außer Baden und Tauchen in 8 km entfernten Medulin ein Freizeit Family park und in Pula in den Greengarden kann man Gokarts fahren
.Istrien ist so schön und Sehenswert,da findet jeder etwas besonderes für sich.
Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten ,Veranstaltungen,Konzerte -wir geben Ihnen gerne Tipps.
Sie sind Herzlich Willkommen -die ganze Familie und Hund.

Super Urlaub

Auch wir können uns den Bewertungen voll anschliessen. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden fühlten wir uns in der Wohnung im 1. Stock sehr wohl. Der ca. 50m entfernte Strand war für uns voll ausreichend, so dass wir die weiter entfernten Strände gar nicht besucht hatten. Das Haus und der gesamte Ort ist sehr ruhig, bietet aber trotzdem ausreichend Infrastruktur mit kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants die zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Wer es ab und zu auch mal ein bisschen turbulenter mag, kann mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten sowohl Pula als auch Medulin erreichen und hier dann typisch südländische Partyatmosphäre geniessen. Das Vermieterehepaar wohnt im Haus, ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, hält sich aber ansonsten sehr im Hintergrund - bis auf die kleinen willkommenen hausgemachten Leckereien, die wir mit Genuss geschlemmt haben :-). Das Haus ist vollständig eingezäunt, was mit Hund natürlich sehr vorteilhaft ist. Alle Angaben zu dieser Unterkunft auf dieser Seite sind wahrheitsgemäss. Zusätzlich besteht noch die Möglichkeit eine installierte Klimaanlage gegen Entgelt zu nutzen. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Vermieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhige Wohngebiet,fast ländlich,aber jedoch nicht weit von Stadt.
Hier kommen gerne ruhige,familiere Gäste die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und das bei uns finden.Fast alle Gäste haben uns bestätigt das Sie bei uns unheimlich gut "ausschlafen" können.Wenn Sie das brauchen,dann sind Sie bei uns richtig.
Sonst,in denn Nachbarnstäten gibt zahlreichen Veranstaltungen,"Fischfesten,Konzerten und vieles mehr...
Wir geben gerne Tipps ,alles nach ihre Interrese.

Zu Hause wie bei Muttern

Wir haben hier zu viert mit einem 1 Jahre alten Kleinkind einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr bemüht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen !
Es war auch von großem Vorteil das sie deutsch sprechen.
Wir können Jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen.
Alle Fotos vom Appartement sind korrekt.
Das Gasthaus Barka, welches ca 70m vom Haus entfernt ist, ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.
