Besser geht´s (fast) nicht!

Wohltuend: Die nette Betreuung durch die Eigentümer vor Ort. Für uns (Eltern und 2 Teenies) war es das perfekte Domizil für 13 Tage aktiven Berlin-Urlaub. Gute Erholung im schönen Garten/Terrasse, sogar ein Freibad nah dabei. Die City mit Bus und U-Bahn noch gut erreichbar, aber auch guter Startpunkt für Umland-Ausflüge wie Brandenburg, da städt. Randlage im Süden Berlins. Geschäfte, Bäcker und Restaurants 5-15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kids waren vom eigenen TV in ihrem Zimmer begeistert. Gemütlicher Essplatz und Wintergarten, gute Betten, das Badezimmer edel renoviert. Dass die Küche "nur" einen 2-Platten-Herd bietet, störte uns nicht, da wir ohnehin viel unterwegs gegessen haben. Wir waren hochzufrieden!

Lage:
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Innenstadt ist aber dennoch mit Bus und U-Bahn recht schnell erreichbar (ca. 30 Minuten gesamt). Mit mehreren Personen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die Gruppenkarte für ca. 16,- € am Tag.

Einrichtung:
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter (aber sehr sauber), bietet aber alles was man benötigt (Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden). Bei den Kindern ist der zweite Fernseher natürlich sehr gut angekommen.

Vermieter:
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Preis:
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Was war nicht ganz so gut:
Da in dem Haus noch Holzdielen vorhanden sind, knarrt es an der ein oder anderen Stelle schon ein wenig (insbesondere wenn die Mieter von oben das Treppenhaus runterkommen)
