Leslie and Tim went to America a long time ago and therefore I market their lovely little cottage on these pages. Ther is, of course, somebody up front to look after the guests and their whishes. The accommodation consists of kitchen cum living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Up above the kitchen there is an open loft with an extra bed. There is only this one bed - nothing else. You get there via the stairs you see in the picture. At the back of the house you have the mountains and in front of it you see Dingle across Dingle Bay. Because there is a washing machine and a dryer one should get along with two sets of jeans and jumpers. The house is heated by means of a electric night storage heating system.

Being on the Ring of Kerry vom Killorglin to Cahirciveen you pass through Glenbeigh. 10km after that you come to a cul de sach branching off 'The Ring' and if you follow that for about 4km you are at Roads Cottage.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During off-season, depending on the tenant booking the house before or after you, the house can be occupied and left any day of the week. In that case the rent that exceeds one week is calculated at a daily basis. For short-term bookings there is a minimum price of 300 euros. Please enquire. During peak-season the minimum booking period is one week.
  • The owner live in the States. I coordinate. Because of differences in time my answer sometimes takes a day or two. For anyone who wants to pay by Paypal I have to charge 5% extra for my own handling fee.
    Other than that SWIFT, money orders and IBAN are accepted.
  • Electricity is charged at 25 cents per unit. Half that at night time. At the end of you stay you pay 30 eruos towards the cleaning of the house.

Die Aussicht von diesem Cottage ist einfach atemberaubend und der Sonnenuntergang unvergesslich. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut!
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und können es weiter empfehlen. Die Ausflugsziele am Ring of Kerry sind vielfältig und sehr gut erreichbar. Es lohnt sich auch mal eine Fahrt über die Berge zu machen!!

Das Haus liegt fernab vom Touri-Rummel mit grandiosem Blick auf die Halbinsel Dingle. Im Rücken sind Berge, von allem also etwas. Die Betreuung vor und während des Urlaubes waren super. Wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Tipps.
Das Haus war sauber und lud zum Wohlfühlen ein. Auch der Garten ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wir konnten hier viele unvergessliche Eindrücke sammeln.

- gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, die Angaben sind korrekt
- das Anwesen ist neu renoviert und war sauber, gepflegt
- die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr gut
- wir haben das Ferienhaus schon empfohlen !
- das Haus ist geeignet für Individualtouristen, die Lage allein ist schon attraktiv und es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend, Auto erforderlich, die Heizmöglichkeit im Bad ist für den Winter evtl. etwas uneffektiv.
