It is a 2.5 rooms appartement with a wonderful view in a beautul landscape surrounded by mountains. Situated above the little village 'Sur' nearby the skiregion Savognin, submountane of the 'Julier Pass'. During the summer season you will have a lot of possibillities of sports and relaxing, like walking, trekking, biking, mountain climbing and.... it is an Eldorado for motorcycle riders. Never ending curves, mountains and good roads! Also trips by bike to Lago di Garda or Lago di Maggiore /Italy in one day are no problem with easy going. During the winter season you will find nearby several really nice skiregions like Savognin. Bivio, Lenzerheide, St. Moritz, Davos etc. Also nearby you will find several cross-country ski runs. The appartement is completely equipped and has a lovingly interior. You will find a big eat-in kitchen with Tv/Radio and a open fire place, shower/toilet, a parents' bedroom with kingsize bed and childrens' bedroom with a bunk bed. Also slides for the kids.

The cosy village 'Sur' is situated above the 'Julier Pass Road' (1 km) in an idyllic location between Savognin and Bivio. Distances: Sur-Bivio 7.5 kms, Sur - St. Moritz 29 kms, Sur - Savognin 10 kms and Sur - Chur 56 kms. Sur by itself is an old, small and pittoresque villlage - very quiet - and more or less untroubled by tourism, a perfect place to relax and to be quiet. You leave the house and you are for example on a hiking trail, leading to the 'Alp Flix', a nice mountain restaurantand hotel, about 2 hours by walking.
