The two holiday homes are in a duplex house on a 1600 square meter big estate with a fenced pond. Each holiday home has his separate entrance. The holiday home in the first floor is approx. 75 square meter big. It is suitable for 4 persons with a bath, kitchen, sleeping room and a living room with a sleep-sofa. You can go from the living room dirctly to the patio and garden. You can use dishwascher, wasching machine and tumble dreyer which belongs to the enviroment for free. In the garden and garage you will find toys, ping - pong, deck chairs and after application it is possible to fish in the pond. The upper holiday home is suitable for 6 persons. It has 2 baths, kitchen, 2 sleeping rooms and living room. It has the same fitting out then the first floor home.

The upper floor has a separate entrance from the garden. The light kitchen has places for 8 persons. From the kitchen you can directly go to the living room with 2 armchairs and a sofa-bed. Through the window, it goes till to the foor, you have a very nice view to the garden and the pond. The roomy bathroom has a big shower an a bath tub. In the sleeping room is a king-sice bed, a sofa bed and a babybed and a wardrobe. Weather you need 2 sleeping rooms you can add the top floor (approx. 25 qm) and so you have the second sleeping room and a second bathroom with a shower, wascher and dreyer. The toop flor is not to rent without the upper floor.

The seaside resort Rerik is laying between the Baltic Sea and the salt-haff. The smal nice viilage has round about 2400 residents and is a smal silence perl on the Baltic Sea. Worthe seeing is the in the 13th century builded evangelican gothic church. Big stone graves, 3000 and more years old want to be visited. The long beach along the steep coast, partly sand, gravel and stones is a high light of the Baltic Sea. You can walk along the steep coast through the coast-wood, so you have a very nice view off the sea, and it is possible by a good view, to see the Fehmarnsundbridge many miles far away. The Baltic Sea - bicycle-way goes along the coast and through the country. It is a very nice way to study the area by bicycle. Therefore we have 11 bicycles to use, and it is inclided in our price.
