Finca-Villa with famous view to the sea and pool, pool terrace with sun couches and sun shade and BBQ place. This newly built Finca-Villa is constructed in the year 2005. It has a floor space from 400 m² plus terraces. The large hall with guest toilet, very large living-dining room with panorama windows and the eating table will be for 14 persons, german SAT-TV and CD-player, completely very well furnished kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the normal using things. Double glazing, central heating. In the hall from the ground floor there are also a sitting area with view to the pool, 4 bedrooms doubles (3 with doubles beds and 1 with 2 single beds), garage, washmachine, pool 4 x 8 m, the finca with 7000 m² plot will be completely fenced in. Ideal occupancy up to 8 persons possibly plus baby.
