The apartment is nicely equipped. It has approx. 75 m², 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, parquet floor, well equipped eat-in kitchen with a dish washer, WC/ shower, south terrace with barbecue. It has a small private garden with sand boxes and a separate entrance. Rich baby and children equipment is available. The apartment has a quiet, sunny location. There are only 5 minutes on foot to the center. The apartment is for non-smokers. A parking place is available. Towels, linen and final cleaning are inclusive. The apartment accommodates maximum 4 people. Small dogs are allowed. The rental rate is between 45 and 70 Euros, depending on the season and on the occupancy.

Grainau is an important resort and it is a state- recognized climatic spa in the Bavarian Alps, directly at the foot of the highest mountain in Germany, Zugspitze. It is located in the middle of the German Alps, at 750 m and it has 3,700 inhabitants and 4,000 guest beds. Grainau is located 6 km south-west from Garmisch – Partenkirchen, and it is an ideal starting point for a summer or a winter vacation. Grainau is almost never foggy, and it offers a variety of recreation and sport possibilities. For your leisure time, there is an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, as well as hiking tracks and cross country skiing runs. Garmisch- Partenkirchen has professional slopes. Some of the slopes are covered with artificial snow. Grainau has a train station for the Deutsche Bahn and a bay. There is a Zugspitze train. The connection with the highway to Munich is 25 km away. There are approx. 20 km to the neighbouring region of Tyrol. Medical service and pharmacies are available on location.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen eigenen separaten Gartenanteil mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und direktem Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Für Selbstverpfleger: die Küche ist optimal eingerichtet. Die Zimmer, vor allem die Schlafzimmer, sind ungewöhnlich groß für eine Ferienwohnung und bieten durch zwei riesige Schränke viel Platz für die Kleidung. Die raumaufteilung ist super und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. De ideale Urlaubsort für Ruhe und Erholung bzw. für diverse Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.
